Our procedure for investigating and dealing with privacy breaches is:
Step 1: On discovery of any privacy breach that involves you we will contain the breach and escalate to the appropriate department to investigate.
Step 2: We will notify you of the outcome within a reasonable time.
Step 3: We will undertake best endeavours to prevent future breaches by making any necessary changes to processes.
